We provide mobile and internet plans, including 5G connectivity options, in the UAE. Our services include quick top-up facilities for both mobile and internet plans, designed to offer fast speeds and reliable connections.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
Users agree to remit all fees and remits associated with their chosen mobile or internet plan. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice.
While we strive to provide fast 5G mobile and internet services, actual speeds may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to network congestion, device capabilities, and geographical location.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
